Where Is My Order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will soon be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'My Orders'. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. In case the customer wishes to cancel the order, he/she may contact us through email or phone call within 2 hours of placing the online order. The order will be cancelled on request and the refund will be processed accordingly. Refund amount after deducting 5% payment gateway fees will be sent to the original payment mode of the customer. It will not be possible to cancel the order after the processing has been started.

 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and UPI and Wallet options are accepted.

 

How Do I Return An Item?

Call us in case you wish to return an item purchased from our site within 3 days of delivery. Returns outside these timeframes may or may not be accepted at the discretion of Anmol Rumala.

 

Who Pays For The Return Shipping?

Return shipping applicable will borne by the customer.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

You may return non-defective items within 3 days of delivery. Amount refunded will be calculated by deducting shipping charges and 5% payment gateway fees. fees). All items except turbans cannot be returned because turbans are made to order with your specifications.
